I have no idea where your trying to go with this. I just basically said that we did the same thing as crossfit 15 years ago for football training. heavy lifting, followed up by what you guys now call 'wod'.. push-ups, burpees/squat thrust thingys, sprint 100yards, do some other shit. we just called it calisthenics, there was no other term for it back then.

nice job man! I am definitely thinking about keto if I ever do decide to lean out. Right now my goals are to hit my strength levels from college. Been playing my cards right and am getting damn close. Hit 440x1 monday for squat, so I need another 30lbs on that. Tonight is deads so Im going to aim for 550. Bench still sucks at 290, my bench and overhead press have always been shit.
