Um, 4,000? 5,000? I dunno. Haven't been keeping track of calories. I eat lots of ice cream and pizza and random shit with lots of protein that tastes good. Only for another week, though. I'm overtrained like crazy. Taking a month off of lifting and soccer to focus on yoga and resting. Gonna cut my cals back to about 1500-1800 then.
I have three teams playing for indoor soccer championships on different days this week, though, so first things first.
