Most logical post you've had yet. This is true, different things work for different peoples body type and make up. I think what they were saying about the tried and true for the masses. Unless you've tried some of the other variations of dieting you can't know exactly what's best, you might get better results from a high protein low carb diet.

The only thing that stands true is that a high fat/low carb diet or low fat/higher carb diet works, but not high fat and high carbs!
