It took the best ****ing ST Coordinator in the goddamn game of football to make him a good returner (watch that shit fall apart when he goes to the Tits) and 3 years of experience + Andy Reid to make him into a reliable 3rd down short-mid range receiver. NOT an explosive playmaker that you design special plays around to get him the ball.

He'll be garbage for the Tits in the exact same way he was garbage under Haley.
He'll probably have 400-600 yards. Hardly garbage.
