Playing it safe on safe players by overpaying or over drafting gives you less shots at getting difference makers. If we fail with Rishaw Johnson, so what? Keep drafting 6th rounders and keep giving these guys shots.

Gotta find a balance and pay those who deserve it. Your way involves too many risks. You also are banking on hitting on ALL draft picks, which is totally unrealistic. So I'm not surprised why you choose this course as well. Glad you're not GM.
