I'm trying real hard not to over train because I don't want to start something I can't maintain as a lifestyle and it screws up my golf. Of course I've changed my diet with the biggest thing being no cokes which I love and no McDonalds sausage & hash browns. Those two things alone are huge. I kept telling my wife that stuff is bad but she kept bringing it and I kept eating it. No more. I'm still taking in to many calories from alcohol though
Now I need to do it again over the next three weeks and I'll be 20lbs down.

It's been a month since I began my healthier lifestyle. The first 10 pounds were easy but I hit the wall sooner then I thought I would. After one month I believe I've lost 11 real pounds. My clothes are telling me I'm on track. They're getting too damn big. Joey D Golf+treadmill+hitting some balls and playing golf=winning. I need to add in a bike ride or two and then swim some laps in the pool when it warms up though. In the end I guess my goal is to be a lean golfing machine. No need for mean though.
