I'm not really doing that much but damn. My left hammy seems to be a mess and then I'm not sure if it's the bottom of my glutes or the top of my hammies but there's a soreness that I've never felt before. I'm not doing much upper body because I'm working on my golf game but even if it was just hitting a couple of buckets of balls it still seems to take me two days of recovery for my work to show up. I need a recipe for a faster recovery. Still yet at 52 I have the feeling that this is just going to be life from here on out.
