I think Ford is a project in the sense that he isn't a well-rounded linebacker. We're going to need him to do more than just rush, at least eventually, so he's going to have a lot to work on (I think Reid even alluded to this last night after the pick). But he'll hopefully have some time, assuming Hali and Houston can stay healthy this year.
