I can see that.
It really is a shame. Billy IS a gifted hitter with potential coming out of his ears, but he's just seemed to plateau for whatever reason. There's no reason he shouldn't be a 25+HR and 40+2B guy every single year. He has that kind of talent. For whatever reason, be it between his ears or outside issues, he can't live up to it. But in the interest of fairness, none of our hitters outside of Hosmer, Escobar(
), and maybe Perez are living up to it this season, either.
