Well, starting tomorrow, I'll be very active in the morning. I'll be hitting the gym from 6-7am. I know I'll have to incorporate some form of protein shake or I'll probably crash about 10am.
First workout will be 20mins elliptical, 10 minutes on a bike, 25 mins on chest and back, and 5 minutes on abs. I know, I know, it's not about minutes, but rather sets. I'm giving myself one hour, and I'll get as much done in those time frames as possible. Over time, I might chop off 10 minutes of the cardio and incorporate more weights/core work if I feel I'm not getting enough time for that. I'm getting back in the game!
