It's nice and modern with everything you need, right along the highway and commercial businesses are spawning on the other side. Touristy/Highway stuff. E.g. Outlet mall, fast food, etc.

Safest place is where? Is Anthem safe? Do you like Scottsdale? My wife and I are young but we're old lol. Just had our first baby. We were thinking of moving there or back home in KC. She just graduated nursing school.
