My vote in a close heat:
#1 - Peewee's Big Adventure. Coming into the heat, I assumed that I would vote for Animal House. But the Peewee scene has more energy and more yuks. It's a top-notch scene.
#2 - Animal House. It has an all-time great movie line in it, to be sure. But the rest of the scene is pretty pedestrian.
#3 - Bridesmaids. It's a fine scene, but it's not competitive in a heat like this.
