I had an annoying situation involving alcohol at my ex girlfriend's birthday last year.
We were out with a large group of her friends, a lot of whom I had never met. She started getting really sloppy so I pulled her aside and told her to try to be more aware of what was happening. Of course she got all pissed off and pouted for the rest of the night. She started telling all her friends I was an asshole and didn't like nor care about her (wtf!?
).
So here I am with a big ass group of people that I don't even know that think I'm a huge douchebag. It was a horrible night.
She wasn't even a drinker and thankfully that was the only time something like that happened. I couldn't imagine dealing with it on a consistent basis.
