and know when to walk away/not stay too long.
Leave it like "well, it was nice meetig you and your friends (acknowledge them too), I'll let you get back to your evening. I'm sitting over there; you're more than welcome to stop by. I'd enjoy that"
if she comes back to sit down, you at least know she's interested a bit. then go from there. if not and she goes on her way, then so be it.
