Welp - Since I'd injured my back - I've tried to eat right and strictly, since I didn't get the necessary reps I need.

However (with stretching) I've been able to slowly start back w/ the dumbbells.


BTW, Anyone want to buy two kettle bells 35#'s? I will do a special Paypal price of $5per bell + $175 for freight per bell.
