I have confidence that Self will do a better job next year, and in the long run, of course I'd rather be KU than ISU, but Rusty has a leg to stand on in terms of last year.
As for next year, we're bringing in a hell of a class, so I'd expect us to beat ISU again and be better than we were last season, but it depends heavily on a group of guys who have never played together before. The odds are strongly in our favor that KU will outplay ISU next year, but given Self's failings last year with incredible talent, it's far from certain.
