Good job !But don't over do it. Jumping jacks ,if done properly are one of the best weight loss exercises. Try doing small sets of like 3 at a time. I can do a set of 5 and instantly lose 2-4 pounds. Make sure you clap your hands at the top or it won't work though. that's the secret.
