Who said I'm giving advice? Is there something wrong with posting about my program... what I'M doing, whats working and has worked over and over for ME?
The only thing I've been corrected about in this thread, is Silock explaining the difference in female and male physiology when it comes to weights, I dunno, guess I didn't have a subscription to "female" Muscle and Fitness... who cares, I sure don't.
I'm glad Silock educated me on that.
The bottom line is that what I do works, it has over and over... carbs, cardio... all that shit, my clothes are falling off me as we speak.
So I'm not giving anyone advice and I sure as hell don't NEED anyones advice.
