MMMmmm. I just got a gas grill, Weber Spirit. Debated moving away from charcoal for months, and spent way more than I intended, but all the advice I got from grillers said to suck it up and get the quality. I did and have had zero buyers remorse. I grill every day now. No more heating up the house with cooking heat in summer, and everything is delicious.

Favorite unplanned grill success was grilling a wolferman's english muffin and red peppers and jalapenos. Just stuff I had around, but it was so simple and delicious. brushed a little garlic olive oil on the muffin then piled on the grilled peppers for a perfect lunch. Would never have fired up coals for such a thing.
