This is the great thing about the group of leaders we have (Smith, Charles, Poe, Houston, Berry, DJ, Tamba, Devito, Flowers) They all work very hard to perfect their bodies and their craft and it rubs off on the rest of the team. If we don't win it won't be from lack of effort/hardwork. I know Houston and Flowers aren't at OTA's but it doesn't change the fact that they've been a part of developing this locker room culture.
