I don't expect much improvement, no. Just because he has another season under his belt doesn't mean he's improved.
Milliner? You're going to compare a 1st round pick to an UDFA?
Look, you're putting all your faith in hope. Could he get better? Certainly? That doesn't mean he WILL get better. For every player that gets better, there's a handful who don't and another handfull that get worse.
The only thing that Cooper proved last year was that he has a looong way to go.
