The take away? We aren't as good as our 10 game win streak, and we aren't as bad as our current 6 of 7 dive. Unfortunately, we are most likely a Marginal Plus .500 team, that will be battling to make 1 of the 2 Wild Card spots in the AL with, legitimately, about 7-8 other teams. Unless our hitting gets more consistent, it's going to be mighty difficult to make the Playoffs. I think it's going to take 88 wins to slide into the last WC spot, which is 4 fewer than last year to get the last spot. The AL appears to be flatter than it was last year. We just need to find a way to improve on our 2013 record by 2 to 3 games.
