I find it hard to eat 3 full meals like that. Last week at my Dad's house we have buscuits and gravy for breakfast; a pork, bluechees and noodle casserole and salad for lunch; and pizza for dinner. That is too much heavy food for me.
More typical for me is today: yogurt and fruit for breakfast, scrambled eggs for lunch, and a big dinner of steak, salad, and corn on the cob, with maybe a tin of anchovies as a midnight snack.
But those lamb chops looked great.
