I have an irregular gym availability schedule so I do
Upper Body:
Bench
Seated Rows
Incline Bench
Lat Pull downs
tricep extensions
curls
shrugs/other shoulder exercise
Lower body:
Squats
Dead lifts
leg extensions
leg curls
