Down 15 lbs already in 12 days, I'm sure 95% of it is water. First carb window coming up this sautrday, which happens to be my 4 year anniversary. Planned a nice dinner at a italian join then a quick stop at coldstone creamery. I could definitely tell when my body adapted to ketosis. First 5 days was rough, then I just woke up and felt super energized. Strength holding steady so far, havent tried to push maxes yet.
Diet has been pretty keto basic, pretty much every day looks the same.
breakfast: 5 eggs, 4 slices thick bacon. coffee with coconut oil & a little heavy cream
lunch: 1/2 rotiesserie chicken, steamed brocc w/cheese, almonds, fish oil
dinner: (pre workout): 1lb 90% ground beef, brocc w/cheddar, fish oil
dinner: other half of chicken, more brocc & cheddar, more fish oil
very rudimentary but I like it. Cant wait for first carb night.
