Usually trophies for first and second, gear for each player on the championship team. Sometimes league tourneys will have free entry for the following year, and a reduced fee. Some are qualifiers for regionals.

Trophies/plaques make it really easy to keep a sponsorship or have the sponsor throw more cash your way next year, pay the tourney fees, etc.
Really good sponsors will pay for everything, uniforms/bats/balls/gear etc, gotta bring em trophies if you want it to continue.
