Daniel will be on the team week 1. No ifs, ands, or buts.
The ChiefsPlanet meme that Daniel is going to be traded (
) and Smith is going to be released (
) are nonsense. From the GM down to the head coach they targeted these guys last year, and the position would have received one of the team's best letter grades last year.
They are not going to tear down that position and spend more resources on it - when we are in cap hell, mind you - when so many other positions are problematic.
The ideas that Bray will ever be this team's starter or that Daniel has trade value, or that Reid is not happy with Alex Smith are just patently absurd.
