Seriously, if you had told me that the Cats would hold Auburn to 20 points and under 200 rushing yards I would have told you we would win that game. The fact that we didn't win while accomplishing those feats is embarrassing.

I believe K-State will be solid this year, but I think next 2 years (outside of missing Waters, some O-line, and Lockett, which is discussion for another day) will be even better.

I commented to that affect in one of the two threads during the game last night. The secondary is still lacking quite a bit (if it wasn't for Auburn having several miscues of their own in the passing game we would have ended up getting blown out). But over all what I witnessed from the D last night gave me hope for the future on that side of the ball.
