I'm super low maintenance. I don't like clutter or a lot of things laying around. I don't wear tons of jewelry. I get off on buying really nice stuff for really cheap.
But if you don't have money in your 30s, or hope of money, or some kind of pipeline of money, there's a problem. Whether or not it's a fixable problem is what you have to sell.
