This group should have added talent (Kelce was already on the team) and got better and right now they aren't near as explosive as they were in the Colts playoff loss. That's on everybody, players, coaches and personnel dept.
Okay, so Avery is hurt. Why weren't any of these other young WR's ready to step up and fill in?
All the rookie WR's combined have caught 38 TD's so far this season after 8 games! And all of our's including veterans have none! And our brilliant GM couldn't see fit to draft one from the most talented WR class ever! Which was probably this team's biggest need to improve upon from last season. Because, we can squeak into the playoffs but they aren't going to score enough with likes of the big boys in the big games.

A huge staple for alex Smith with Vernon was the streak route. I have no idea why Andy didn't utilize it with kelce
