You are the definition of polarizing overreactor if you see any stupid in any of these statements:
-Dexter McCluster developed very good hands
-Dexter McCluster became a good route runner
-Dexter McCluster is a better option than Junior Hemmingway, who only has 89 yards this season
Is CP seriously this ****ing polarizing that they want to call McCluster dog shit just because they don't like him? McCluster isn't a gadget receiver. He's not a playmaker. He's not a yards after carry guy. He's not a better slot receiver for playmaking plays versus DAT. So yeah, the guy isn't even close to as good as we thought he was.
But McCluster became a solid #4 option (or 3b... whatever you want to call it) and was a solid 3rd down option, and in fact over half of his yards last year (268 total) came on third down situations. Toward the end of last year, it became clear he was one of Smith's favorite targets in the 4th quarter.
