That you can't say that firing underperforming coaches/QBs after a few years doesn't lead to better results.
The question that needs to be asked is whether or not Reid and co. are performing at a desirable level or not and what is the eventual ceiling for this team.
I'm not saying that firing them is the answer, but the squalor of mediocrity isn't a convincing argument for not doing it, either.
