The team that went 2-14 did not have the talent of a 2-14 team. Don't be a ****ing dumbass.
Dorsey is a perfectly average NFL GM, and average GMs can improve bad teams, especially bad teams with talent. Andy Reid is a good NFL coach, and good coaches can improve poorly coached teams.
I wouldn't expect anyone to turn the 2012 Chiefs into contenders overnight; that's not the expectation. The expectation is whether or not this regime can build a contender at all. Maybe they can. Given their personnel moves and Reid's gameday coaching, I'm extremely skeptical.
