I tend to agree based on the way it's setup today, I think it was too close to overturn, and it stays Iowa ball.
THAT being said, I've always thought that any review that willfully overlooks a penalty is wrong. I know there's a hold on every play, but it's time that many of these overlooked, I mean "missed", penalties start getting reviewed.
So I think any coach should be able to question any part of any play with their challenges. If that calls-back two TDs per half, per side, so be it. O-line should never hold the defense! **** 60-70 point games!
But I'm a reasonable man too, if they want to "just let them play" well all those "missed" calls need to go the other way, so the close/phantom calls of DPI need to be as overlooked as holding on the line.
