I've been through a couple of these episodes of monopoly conglomerates being able to screw viewers while they fight with the industry. I've suffered it with COX cable in Va. Beach in the 90x, I've suffered it with TimeWarner here in KC, and it's bullshit! I could slightly understand TimeWarner's fight with the NFL Network, but I'll never agree that it's OK to take away the ABCs/NBCs/CBSs of the world, they have to be covered in the top tier of the "Things the Monopoly Can't Block" list.
It's time to change the law! Either they carry certain base content, or they lose their exclusive right of way rights. With yours being sat, that's a harder sell, but I think they should be covered too because this shit is getting all too common and getting really old too.
