I was only asking because the talking heads are always talking about KU's tough schedule this year. I looked up the RPI rankings (I don't want to hear about Kenpom because it's not free ) out of curiosity.

Four worst non con teams
194 - Rider
144 - Florida (this one shocked me)
141 - Santa Barbara
128 - Kent State

Four worst conference teams
178 - Kansas State
150 - Texas Tech
119 - TCU
43 - ISU

Four best non con
1 - Kentucky
11 - Utah
35 - Temple
41 - Georgetown

Four best conference opponents
12 - West Virginia
21 - Texas
24 - Baylor
26 - Oklahoma

I just don't see much, if any, difference THIS YEAR in the non con and the con schedules.

KU is ranked #2 overall in the RPI and their SOS is also #2.
