NOPE ! Kubiak is 'peter principled' out at the OC position. He had 8 yrs with the Texans to get it right and why he wasn't fired earlier is beyond me. Kubiak is not inspiring at all and his body language on the sideline during games is very telling and why players were not motivated under this guy. Now Elway has in his mind his 'yes man' and something tells me it won't be as smooth as they think especially when Manning is finally gone.
