I don't know alot about him to be honest... I just hope he brings Chip Kellys playbook with him instead of the one he had with the Vikings...

I suspect the Raiders are going to be a running team now... I am sure he will bring a more balanced attack because Carr does not need to be throwing 50 passes a game.
