One thing is for sure -- if PSI is a key requirement for NFL footballs, they have a relatively lousy process around the whole thing since it clearly does NOT include adjusting for atmospheric conditions.

This is hilarious. Atmospheric conditions do not have much of an effect at all on a small pressure vessel like a football. As evidence, please consider the fact that ALL of the Colts' balls stayed within regulation pressure for the entire four hours of the game (dry, wet, warm, cold, whatever).
