My opinion is that Winston is the best QB in this draft and would have been in last year's as well. The only reason I don't have him rated as the #1 guy is his off-field history. I think his throwing flaws are easily correctable. I just don't know if his off-field immaturity is. The talent is there, the question is whether he is Manziel part 2 away from the field.
