I had an interesting house cured duck heart charcuterie Monday. I've had duck heart once before about a year ago, but it was the meat in a deconstructed take on a beer brat. Outstanding nonetheless. Going back to that place in a couple weeks.
My wallet's sphincter is already crinkling, but I can't wait.
