That said, CB is a stupid position to scout for... If a guy is big enough and athletic enough, a team will give him a chance. It's very possible the Chiefs just shrug off all his struggles and say "we'll fix it with coaching."

Rollins is exactly this. You're looking at a guy who played only this one year of football and did okay. He's going to be drafted on his size/speed/athletic traits almost exclusively. He hits like a truck. A team will take a shot on him at corner and if it doesn't work they'll move him to safety.
