What I like: Multiple, multiple, multiple! I'll be so glad not to see us sit in a 2 shell no matter what (except for that oh so tricky walk to backer up at the last second)!
What worries me: It sounds like he might transition to 3-4. I am a HUGE fan of the 3-4 in the NFL, but I'm not as big of a fan in college/HS (If you're gonna go 3-man front, go 3-3). He doesn't say it, but I get the feeling that's what he'd like to do.
