Its been a while since I've thought about it, but my guess is that I was thinking "meh, they're just gonna make it all Hollywood and not delve into the serious and realistic aspects of it, its Scooby Doo for grownups".

But with The Walking Dead and Appalachian Outlaws (among other shows) coming to an end for the year, I have time in my schedule now for another appointment tv show.
