Outgoing schools had 150,000 total students. Incoming schools had 30,000. Pretty sweet deal for those two schools if you ask me.

It's really that way for nearly all refugee schools. TCU should never have been given a full cut, and likewise neither should Mizzou. (After all we know Mizzou was willing to take a partial share for the BIG which the Cornfuggers snagged from them).
If MU and ATM had a choice it was: stay or go SEC. Both were so incredibly stricken by their victimhood they had to go. So why cut them in fully?
