Larry Kyrstkowiak runs it at Utah and he got pretty good results out of it the last two seasons once the players became familiar with it.

From a subjective standpoint, the problem that I see with Bill's recent tournament teams is that there isn't a psychological continuity in the teams due to the reliance on the now constantly rotating influx freshman talent.

Sure, you want to say that by the end of the season these guys aren't freshman, but they are, especially when the pressure of performaning on that bigger stage mandates a higher degree of focus and instinct. Freshman looking to get drafted are potentially going to think more and react less than guys who have been there and understand the situation.
