Which fan base? CP will have a meltdown no matter who is drafted, but especially a HB.
The regular fan base will accept it immediately. Half of CP will rationalize any first round pick within the week. It happens every year. A week after the draft and everyone thinks the team has drafted 3 immediate starters who will lead them to that mystical first round playoff win.
