2015 will be the first season in which Fisher will be able to participate in the Chiefs offseason program. I think everyone expects his level of play to rise based on more muscle mass, participation and repetition. If his play doesn't improve this season, then he's fair game.
The other guys listed, maybe outside of Mingo, appear to be pure first round busts.

This is a big season for Fisher. His first healthy and with a full offseason training.
His lack of strength is no shock consider the shoulder injury and lack of ability to workout yet.
