Anthony de Longis immediately springs to mind (if you don't need this swordsman to do a ton of heavy lifting with his acting, someone like this is probably best).

Wildcard thought: Adrian Paul. He has a vaguely Dornish look with his coloring, and if I recall correctly did a lot of his own choreography and stunt work on Highlander.
