Just another day off as far as I'm concerned. Italian Bracciole on the grill, grilled veggie flatbread, swimming in the pool, maybe the beach. Otherwise, we don't celebrate it anymore because America's form of government is gone. No fireworks—at ALL. It's a day of mourning more than anything.

I might make a coffin shaped cake though with flag frosting draped over it. Now that might be fun.
